Everything you need to know before ordering

Our online packs are built for simple bulk T-shirt orders using print-ready artwork.

Choose your T-shirt, choose your pack size, choose your print setup, upload your artwork and checkout online.

Artwork Guidelines

What files do you accept?

We accept PNG and PDF files for online orders.

Your artwork must be high-resolution, print-ready and suitable for the print size you choose.

Can I upload TIFF, JPEG or other file types?

Our online upload is set up for PNG and PDF files.

If you need to send another file type, please contact us before ordering.

Does my artwork need to be print-ready?

Yes. Your artwork should be ready to print when uploaded.

We print artwork exactly as supplied, so please check file quality, spelling, layout, colours, size and placement before ordering.

Do I need a transparent background?

If your design should print without a visible box or background colour, please supply your artwork with a transparent background.

For example, logos, text designs and cut-out graphics usually need a transparent background.

If you upload artwork with a white, black or coloured background, that background may print as part of the design.

What happens if my file is low resolution?

Low-resolution, blurry or pixelated artwork may print poorly.

You are responsible for supplying artwork that is high enough resolution for your chosen print size.

Will I receive a digital proof?

No. To keep the process fast and simple, we do not send digital proofs for online pack orders.

Your artwork will be printed exactly as uploaded, using the print size and placement information supplied with your order.

Can you fix or edit my artwork?

No design service is included with online pack orders.

We may check that a file has uploaded correctly, but we do not fix, redraw, edit, clean up or proof artwork as part of the online pack price.

Print Size & Placement

How do I confirm print size and placement?

When ordering, choose your print setup and add your preferred print size and placement in the order notes.

Examples:

Left Chest
Approx 9cm wide, standard left chest position.

Full Front
Approx 28cm wide, centred on front.

Full Back
Approx 30cm wide, centred on back.

What should I write in the print notes box?

Use simple instructions like:

Full Front — 28cm wide, centred on front
Left Chest — 9cm wide, standard left chest position
Left Chest + Full Back — left chest 9cm wide, back print 30cm wide, centred
Full Front + Full Back — front 28cm wide, back 30cm wide, both centred

If you are happy for us to use standard sizing and placement, write:

Standard size and placement for selected print setup.

What if I do not give an exact print size?

If no exact size is supplied, we will use a standard print size for your chosen setup.

Your artwork will be printed using the information supplied at checkout. No digital proof will be sent.

What are the maximum print sizes?

Left Chest: up to 10cm wide x 10cm high
Full Front: up to 30cm wide x 40cm high
Full Back: up to 30cm wide x 40cm high

Oversized, unusual placements or very high-coverage artwork may need checking before ordering.

Can I have a print larger than 30cm wide x 40cm high?

Possibly, but not through the standard online pack price.

Our fixed online pricing covers standard full prints up to 30cm wide x 40cm high.

Larger prints, oversized placements or very high-coverage artwork may need checking before we can confirm the price. Please contact us before ordering.

Ordering FAQ

What is the minimum order?

The minimum online order is 20 T-shirts.

Our fixed pack sizes are:

20 / 50 / 100 / 250

Can I mix sizes?

Yes. You can mix sizes within your pack.

Example:

10 Medium, 10 Large, 5 XL, 5 XXL

Can I mix colours?

Yes. You can mix available colours within your pack.

Can I mix different T-shirt styles?

No. Each order is for one T-shirt style.

If you need Everyday and Premium T-shirts, please place separate orders.

Can I mix designs?

No. Each order is for one artwork set.

An artwork set means the file or files needed for your chosen print setup.

For example, Left Chest + Full Back may include one left chest file and one back print file.

If you need another design, please place a separate order.

Can I choose more than one print setup?

No. Each order is for one print setup.

Choose from:

Left Chest
Full Front
Left Chest + Full Back
Full Front + Full Back

If you need another print setup, please place a separate order.

Do you charge setup fees?

No. There are no setup fees on our online packs.

Is delivery included?

Yes. Free UK mainland delivery is included in the online pack price.

How long does turnaround take?

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 5–7 working days from print-ready artwork, full order details and payment being received.

Larger orders, busy periods or orders with unclear artwork/details may take longer.

If you need your order for a fixed date, please contact us before ordering.

Can I order one T-shirt?

No. This service is for bulk orders only.

The minimum online pack is 20 T-shirts.

Do you offer hoodies, embroidery, DTF, screen printing or custom garments?

Not through this online service.

Our online packs are focused on bulk DTG printed T-shirts only.

Can I order a special garment or colour?

Not through the online pack system.

To keep ordering simple, we only offer the listed T-shirt options and colours.

Our online packs use fixed pricing based on:

• Pack size
• Print setup

Everything is priced upfront, with free UK mainland delivery included.

Oversized or very high-coverage artwork may need checking before ordering.
