The company is committed to honesty and transparency in everything they do, and in doing so, they offer a holistic approach to address issues surrounding their people and products. They also nurture partnerships with international governing bodies to ensure that they continually measure and define their policies against industry standards. The company is member of Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) since 2012 and maintain "Achiever" level by ETI standards since 2017, which reflects the work they are doing in their factories. All their corporate members of ETI agree to adopt the ETI Base Code of labor practice, which is based on the standards of the International Labour Organisation (ILO).
