FAQ

We are currently based in Treforest, South Wales just outside Cardiff and can offer domestic and international shipping on all our orders.

We offer a range of services across DTG Printing, Screen Printing and Embroidery. We only print on sustainable, eco-friendly garments so if you are looking for a T-Shirt printing partner or to start up a print on demand business selling multiple lines of organic clothing then you have come to the right place. More details of these can be found here.

We solely use Kornit Digital DTG machines and have two HD6
printers currently installed in our South Wales warehouse. These machines run on a 7 colour ink system and are able to print any design in CMYK, Red, Green and White. More information can be found here.

For bulk printing, our turnaround time will be dependent on the quantities required and garment availability. This is usually 3-5 working days on quantities of around 500 or less and 5-10 working days on anything exceeding this.

If you wish to join our print on demand service, we do require
print files to be sent to us in our preferred format. When signing up to our fulfilment service we provide you with a quick and easy print-file template in Photoshop format, which will help get your designs ready for our DTG printing machines.

For best results we recommend using images in PNG format, at 150dpi with a transparent background. Anything below this is likely to not get a good quality print. Resizing smaller files to a larger format is not recommended.

When using our online designer tool, this will provide a print preview of how the garment will look and issue warnings if file sizes are too low.

Once your or your customer's order is ready for dispatch, this will be packaged in a clear recyclable plastic bag and posted in a grey recyclable mailing bag.

In orders with multiple products, these will still be packaged separately but will be mailed together in one large mailing bag. If a mailing bag is not for you or your brand, we do have cardboard boxes available as an alternative but does come at an extra cost. For more information on other packaging options please get in touch.

We are paperless! With e-receipts and invoices being the future for retail, we no longer include any paper invoices inside our orders. For customers who have purchased products in bulk or using our online designer tool, an email receipt will automatically be sent to the email address provided.

For fulfilment customers, we can offer paper receipts, but much like the standard charge with plastic bags in the UK, we do issue a standard charge for each paper receipt with the money being donated to Earthly to help plant more trees and protect global forests.

We can offer custom packaging for our fulfilment customers who plan to shop with us on a regular basis. More information can be found here.

Yes! Garment branding is something we can offer across our full range of garments. Currently, this is only offered as neck tag branding but is the perfect opportunity to show off your brand logo, website and even washing instructions.

With DTG printing, as this is digital based, matching colours to their exact Pantone shade is not possible with small print numbers, due to the ink system our machines use when printing. We will do our best to get the design as close to the original colour, but an exact shade is not something we can guarantee.

With our bulk screen printing and embroidery service, matching Pantone colours is a possibility. Please get in touch if this is a service you require.

For best results in keeping our prints in good shape, we recommend washing all our items inside out at no higher than 30°C. Re-shape all garments when damp and iron any prints on reverse.
